Vice -Chairperson Miriam Zwick called the Regular Meeting to order
in Commission Chambers at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were Vice
Chair Miriam Zwick, Members Judith Browner, Neil W. Burd, Rosalind
Gatewood, Beverly Barr and Abraham Futernick. Chairperson Theresa
Colarullo was absent.
Building Official Bob Dawson was present, as well as Members of the
general public.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon MOTION by MRS. BROWNER/MR. BARR, the Minutes of the April 13,
2000 Special Meeting and the March 30 Regular Meeting were
unanimously approved.
NEW BUSINESS
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR ROOM ADDITIONS; CHANGE EXTERIOR TO MODERN
• DESIGN; FUTURE POOL AND DECK. PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1091 BEL LIDO
DRIVE. APPLICANT: EVERETT JENNER / OWNER: MICHAEL RADU.
Mr. Jenner presented subject application to the Board. After
review of plans, and all questions answered satisfactorily, the
following MOTION was made by MRS. BARR/MRS. BROWNER:
THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD GRANTS FINAL APPROVAL FOR
ROOM ADDITIONS; CHANGE EXTERIOR TO MODERN DESIGN; FUTURE
POOL AND DECK. PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1091 BEL LIDO DRIVE.
APPLICANT: EVERETT JENNER / OWNER: MICHAEL RADU.
MOTION met with unanimous approval.
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR NEW SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE WITH POOL, FOR

Mr. Frankel discussed plans with the Board, noting that this will
be a spec house. After review of plans, the following MOTION was
made by MRS. GATEWOOD/MR. BURD:

A NEW SINGLE FAMILY HOUSE WITH POOL, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 4430 TRANQUILITY DRIVE. APPLICANT/OWNER: VICTOR
