PLANNING BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Mondav, Februarv 24, 1997 9.35 A M
Chairman Robert L. Lowe called the Workshop Meeting to order in
Commission Chambers at 9:35 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were
Chairman Robert L. Lowe, Vice Chair Leonard D. Bell and Members
Alfred E. Bresnahan, Michael W. Hill, Paul R. Kane, Sr., and Myron
Browner. William Maltz was absent.
Also present were Building Official James Du Vall, Town Attorney
Thomas S. Sliney and members of the general public.
NEW BUSINESS
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR RENOVATION/REMODEL OF A SINGLE FAMILY
• RESIDENCE AT 4217 INTRACOASTAL DRIVE, LOT 30, BLOCK 4, BEL LIDO.
BRUCE QUINN (OWNER/APPLICANT); THOMAS MAXWELL (CONSULTING
ENGINEER.)
Mr. Du Vall stated that the plans met all town codes. Mr. Maxwell,
Architectural Engineer, answered questions from the Board, and
after review of the plans, the following MOTION was made by MR.
BRESNAHAN/MR. BROWNER:
THE PLANNING BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR
RENOVATION/REMODEL OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 4217
INTRACOASTAL DRIVE, LOT 30, BLOCK 4, BEL LIDO. BRUCE
QUINN (OWNER/APPLICANT); THOMAS MAXWELL (CONSULTING
ENGINEER.)
Rollcall met with unanimous vote.
With no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to
adjourn was made by MR. BROWNER/MR. HILL at 9:45 a.m.
