PLANNING BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
Monday, Februarv 24, 1997 10:06 A.M.
Chairman Robert L. Lowe called the Workshop Meeting to order in
Commission Chambers at 10:06 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were
Chairman Robert L. Lowe, Vice Chair Leonard D. Bell and Members
Alfred E. Bresnahan, Michael W. Hill, Paul R. Kane, Sr., and Myron
Browner. William Maltz was absent.
Also present were Building Official James Du Vall, Town Attorney
Thomas S. Sliney and members of the general public.
NEW BUSINESS
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR RENOVATION OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT
4308 TRANQUILITY DRIVE, LOT 5, BLOCK 3, BEL LIDO. RICHARD
GREENWALD (OWNER/APPLICANT); JARED KANE COMPANY (GENERAL
CONTRACTOR.)
Mr. Du Vall stated that the plans met all town codes. Mr. Leif
Metsch, General Contractor, clarified questions on the front
entrance of the home, and after review of the plans, the following
MOTION was made by MR. BRESNAHAN/MR. HILL:
THE PLANNING BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR RENOVATION OF
A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AT 4308 TRANQUILITY DRIVE, LOT
5, BLOCK 3, BEL LIDO. RICHARD GREENWALD
(OWNER/APPLICANT); JARED KANE COMPANY (GENERAL
CONTRACTOR.)
Rollcall met with unanimous vote.
With no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to
adjourn was made by MR. BROWNER/MR. HILL at 10:20 A.M.
