PLANNING BOARD
SPECIAL MEETING
MINUTES
Wednesdav, Mav 14, 1997 9.30 A M
Chairman Robert L. Lowe called the Regular Meeting to order in
Commission Chambers at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were
Chairman Robert L. Lowe, Vice Chair Leonard D. Bell and Members
Alfred E. Bresnahan, Myron S. Browner and Victor P. Hadeed.
William Maltz and Paul R. Kane were absent.
Also present were Building Official James Du Vall, Town Attorney
Thomas E. Sliney and members of the general public.
NEW BUSINESS
DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURE; CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW SINGLE
FAMILY HOME (THREE STnRIES/GATE HOUSE/POOL) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2445 SOUTH OCEAN BLVD., LOT 129 S.E., BLOCK 1. SHANE AMES
(ARCHITECT); JEFF GORDON (OWNER.)
Mr. Du Vall stated that after review of the plans and visiting the
site, he found that the plans met all conditions as set forth by
the Town ordinances. He stated that the site is walled and there
will be ample parking space on the site during construction.
There was some discussion and questions regarding the location of
the gate house, its setback and if it would be lived in. Shane
Ames, architect, clarified the gate house would also serve as guest
quarters.
After review of plans, the following Motion was made by MR.
BRESNAHAN/MR. HADEED:
THE PLANNING BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR DEMOLITION OF
EXISTING STRUCTURE AND CONSTRUCTION OF A NSW SINGLE
FAMILY HOME FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2445 SOUTH OCEAN
BLVD., LOT 129 S.E., BLOCK 1. SHANE AMES (ARCHITECT);
JEFF GORDON (OWNER.)
Roll call met with unanimous vote.

adjourn was made by MR. BRESNAHAN/MR. BROWNER at 10:10 a.m.
