PLANNING BOARD
REGULAR MEETING
MINUTES
Wednesday, June 10, 1998 9.30 A M
Acting Chairman Paul R. Kane called the Regular Meeting to order
in Town Hall at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were Vice
Chair Paul R. Kane, S. Myron Browner, Guido Teichner, Robert F.
Selby and new member Harold R. Hagelmann. Alfred E. Bresnahan and
Victor P. Hadeed were absent. Also present was building official
Bob Dawson.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Browner offered "god speed" and "strong sailing" to Doris
Trinley in her administration as Acting Town Manager. Mr. Kane
endorsed his statement, and a MOTION was made by MR. HAGELMAN/MR.
TEICHNER supporting same, with the entire board in agreement.
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ON
• EMPTY LOT, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4325 TRANQUILITY DRIVE, LOT 17,
BLOCK 3. JIM DRAGO/ARCHITECT - JULIE RAMOS/OWNER.
Mr. Dawson stated that plans met with Town Code. He stated that a
side wall is not included on plans for approval, and would need to
come before the CAB for approval of same. Al Giachetti of JAG
Design presented the plans to the Board and answered any questions
they had. After discussion and review of the plans, the following
MOTION was made by MR. HAGELMAN/MR. TEICHNER:
THE PLANNING BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE ON EMPTY LOT, FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4325 TRANQUILITY DRIVE, LOT 17, BLOCK 3. JIM
DRAGO/ARCHITECT - JULIE RAMOS/OWNER.
Motion met with unanimous vote.
PRELIMINARY REVIEW OF DEMOLITION OF EXISTING STRUCTURE, AND POOL;
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW TWO-STORY SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE/POOL, FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4212 TRANQUILITY DRIVE, LOT 7, BLOCK 5. DAVID
RUSTINE/CROWN CONTRACTORS - HEAVEN'S INVESTORS, INC. - OWNER.
Walter Flugel, Director of Planning for Crown Contractors/Heaven's
Investors, presented the plans to the Board. He confirmed that the
home has not been sold, but is being built as a spec house.
The Board reviewed the plans, and after questions were answered
• satisfactorily, the following MOTION was made by MR. TEICHNER/MR.

Motion met with unanimous vote.
OTHER BUSINESS
Mr. Dawson spoke on the status of other developments in Town.
With no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to
adjourn was made by MR. BROWNER/MR. TEICHNER AT 10:10 a.m.
