PLANNING BOARD
REGULAR MEETING MINUTES _________~_ _____
Wednesday, October 13, 1999 9:30 A.M.
Chairman Alfred E. Bresnahan called the Regular Meeting to orderJin
Commission Chambers at 9:30 A.M.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were
Chairman Alfred E. Bresnahan, Members Victor P. Hadeed, S. Myron
Browner, Harold Hagelmann, Eugene Diliberto and Gerald Church.
Guido Teichner was absent. Also present were Town Attorney Thomas
Sliney, Building Official Bob Dawson and members of the general
public.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES,
Upon MOTION by MR. BROWNER/MR. HAGELMANN, the following sets of
Minutes were unanimously approved.
August 30, 1999 Special Meeting
September 8, 1999 Regular Meeting
NEW BUSINESS
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR TWO BEDROOM ADDITION ON SECOND FLOOR,
ENCLOSE BALCONY; FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4313 INTRACOASTAL DRIVE,
LOT 3 BLOCK 4. APPLICANT: HANK FULWIDER / OWNER: JIM & DONNA
JENDRUCZEK.
Mr. Fulwider was present to discuss the plans with the Board. It
was noted that in addition to the new 2 bedrooms, a balcony will be
enclosed off the master bedroom to accommodate an "office". It was
noted for the record that "office" will be replaced with "den", as
this area will not be used as a business office.
Upon MOTION by MR. HAGELMANN/MR. HADEED the following was
unanimously approved with the above amendment.
THE PLANNING BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR TWO BEDROOM
ADDITION ON SECOND FLOOR, ENCLOSE BALCONY; FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4313 INTRACOASTAL DRIVE, LOT 3 BLOCK 4.
APPLICANT: HANK FULWIDER / OWNER: JIM & DONNA JENDRUCZER.
Motion met with unanimous vote.
With no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to
adjourn was made by MR. BROWNER/MR. HAGELMANN at 9:40 a.m.
