Chairman Neil W. Burd called the Regular Meeting to order in Commission Chambers
at 9:30 a.m. Present were Vice-Chair Theresa M. Colarullo, Gerald B. Church, Leonard
D. Bell, Victor P. Hadeed and Louis P. Stern. Robert Silverberg was absent. Also
present was Town Attorney Thomas E. Sliney, Building Official Robert Dawson and
members of the general public.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
There were no minutes for approval
NEW BUSINESS
FINAL REVIEW FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION OF GARDEN SPACE FOR PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 2365 S. OCEAN BLVD.. LOT4, BYRD BEACH.
APPLICANT: DAN DAGESSE.
• Representative from Addison Construction presented application to the Board,
noting that the property will be developed into a formal garden adjacent to the main
house. It will include a gazebo and walking paths.
Unity of title on the two properties is required to allow for parking on the property just off
of A1A. The title cannot be removed (should owner decide to sell lot someday) unless
the Town Commission approves.
With all questions answered, the following MOTION was made by MR. CHURCH/MR.
STERN.
THE PLANNING BOARD GRANTS FINAL APPROVAL FOR NEW
CONSTRUCTION OF GARDEN SPACE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2365 S. OCEAN BLVD. LOT 4, BYRD BEACH. APPLICANT: DAN
DAGESSE.
MOTION carried unanimously.
OTHER BUSINESS
Mr. Dawson spoke briefly re nothing is mentioned in ordinances requiring base
restrictions under signs (height from ground.) The Board should take a look at the boat
• lift ordinance (30-68h/p42). These items will be addressed at a future meeting.

With no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to adjourn was made by
