PLANNING BOARD
WORKSHOP MEETING MINUTES
Wednesday, March 9, 2005 9:30 a.m.
Chairman Neil W. Burd called the Workshop Meeting to order in Commission Chambers
at 9:35 a.m. Present were Vice Chair Theresa M. Colarullo, Gerald B. Church, Leonard
D. Bell, Victor P. Hadeed, Louis P. Stern and Leonard O. Townsend. Also present was
Town Attorney Thomas E. Sliney, Building Official Robert Dawson and members of the
general public.
This is a Workshop for the following application:
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR SIX DOLPHIN PILINGS AND BOAT LIFT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4217 INTRACOASTAL DRIVE. OWNER: ROBERT LEONE;
APPLICANT: RAY QUALMANN MARINE.
Tim Crocker of Ray Qualmann Marine presented the application to the Board. He noted
that the house in on the lake in Bel Lido, presenting enough turnaround room for boats.
There will be three pilings by the dock, with another three out 25 feet from dock.
• Mr. Leone who was also presented, was instructed to obtain written approval by the Bel
Lido Association. An April 13, 2005 date was set for the Public Hearing.
New Town Manager Dale Sugerman introduced himself to the Board, noting he was
looking forward to working with them.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to adjourn was made by
MR. STERN/MR. CHURCH at 10:00 a.m.
