sub-division annexed to the Town of Highland Beach.
Comm. Hertwig read memorandum from Peter A. Foglia, written on a copy
of a brochure of sub-division Bel Lido, asking that the Town Commission

answer the letter accordingly.
The clerk read a letter from R. Bruce Puckett, Inc. asking whether a
Beach Club could be permitted in the apartment and hotel zone. The plot

pear to bar anything except a home, an apartment or a bonafide hotel.
The general fe&ling among the members of the Town Commission was that
they would permit a fine Beach Club provided the restriction is legally
changed by the required number of property owners in the general area
affected. The Town Clerk was requested to answer the letter according
014 to these conclusions.
The clerk read letter from Ferndale Apartment objecti to the grading
and filling of the Bel Lido sub-division. Gy ` n h
