Mayor Eypel at 8:00 p.m. on August 20, 1957. Also present were Comm.
Breckinridge, Hertwig, Noble and Winston, as well as Town Attorney
Henry F. Lilienthal.
An important reason for this meeting was to discuss details of the
Bel Lido subdivision with Mr. Peter Foglia, the developer, so by gen-
eral consent the usual reading and approval of minutes of previous
meetings was deferred for the time being.
The Town Clerk read page 2 of the minutes of the meeting of August
13, 1957 to set forth more fully the questions to be discussed at
this meeting.
There was a full and lengthy discussion of the several matters in-
volved. Finally it was decided that Mr. Foglia would have his at-
torney work with Mr. Lilienthal, the Town Attorney, and arrange some
form of agreement to be arrived at between the developing company of
the Bel Lido subdivision and the Town Commission.
After the aforementioned understanding was arrived at Mr. Foglia left
the meeting.
At 9:00 p.m. by unanimous consent the meeting was recessed fnn one
half hour so that the final meeting six could be held of the
Equalization Board on Tax Assessments for the 1957 Tax Roll.
At 9:30 p.m. Mayor Eypel again called this meeting to order with
all five members of the commission present.
