1979.09.12_BAA_Minutes_Regular MINUTES : HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS, REGULAR MEETING. SEPTEMBER 12, 1979. Secretary Vendeland called the meeting to order at 10: 17 a.m. in the absence of Chairman Santangelo and Vice Chairman Kanner. Following the salute to the flag, Secretary Vendeland called the roll. Present: B. S. Stephenson, M. L. Blosser, G . Vendeland, H. Walker (Alt. ) Absent: Judge Santangelo, J. J. Kanner, J. Donohue . MINUTES Secretary Vendeland read the minutes of the meeting of August 8, 1979. Motion was made by Mr. Stephenson, seconded by Mrs . Blosser to approve the minutes as read. Mrs . Vendeland, Mrs . Blosser, Mr. Stephenson and Mr. Walker voted to approve the minutes as read. Secretary Vendeland noted that a call had been received from Mr. Donohue, advising he would be unable to attend this meeting. Mr . Donohue has also indicated an interest in continuing as a member of the Housing Board of Adjustment and Appeals following the expiration of his present term of office as Alternate Member. Mr . Donohue ' s present term expires in November 1979. There was no new business, no unfinished business . Mr. Stephenson moved to adjourn the meeting, Mrs. Blosser seconded. Mrs . Vendeland, Mr. Stephenson, Mrs. Blosser and Mr . Walker voted aye to adjourn . The regular meeting was adjourned at 10 :22 a .m.
