Shinkle, 'lilliams & 'Walsh. meeting Item *1 Minutes of previous/read and accepted by all members unaniously voting in the affirmative. Item 42 Hoyle,' of Soca-Hi Inc. Tntrance Area Landscaping plans. (1) All members questioned the color, finish and type of wood in small building etrustur es: Such as 1- Guard house and 2 material of Gates. (2) Tennis Povillion not illustrated. Committee advised they would like to see the elevations. (3) Committee does not approve the Sales Model since it is not illustrated. (4) No signs are approved for this Permit. Sign is indicated for main entrance. (5) Flags are not annrov.d since they are net described or illustrated. (6) Committee desires minimum three ft. hedge along narking area facing AlA. (7) Committee requests additional information on supplemental lighting as indicated on plan but not designated for areas such as parking areas, general walkways and access to Seach, Ftc. Minutes of Feb. 2nd meeting read and accepted with approval by all members present. Item 52: Mr. John son, '7. Pres. 'toga 9i and Architect David Martin. This submission by them is to be concerned only with proposed development of the Spinenweber property as defined on the plan. Soca Hi agree to submit a separate submission referring to the Model and its actual property.
