held at Town ?Tall, Highland Peach, at 7100PM, on April 11, 1973
Meeting was called to order at 7:OOPM.
Members presents Mrs. Stewart
Mssrs. Rex
Beekman.
Walsh
Item 1
Mr. Rex suggested a meeting with Mr. Urbanek to discuss
future cooperation in developemnt of his properties. All
members present agreed it was worth a try.
Item 2
Yrs. Steward proposed submission of Mr. Martin Johnson as an
alternate delegate to replace Mr. Rex. A letter will be written
to the Town Commission to that effect.
Item 3.
The Board reviewed and approved a sign for the Monterey
House sales, with suggestions for re-spacing of lettering and
etc.
Item 4
The Board reviewed colors for the water tower, and suggested
a pale beige overall color with no lettering.
Item 5
A letter was sent by the Board to Holiday Inn requesting
a submission of plans for the filled area west of AIA, to
be sent to the Board by April 19, 1973, for their consideration.
• Item 6.
The Board reviewed sign ordinance with respect to changes
suggested at the previous meeting.
Item 7
The _oard reviewed Tree permit ordinances to determine
conditions of issuance. It was suggested that a letter
be sent to the Commistion to strongly request that the
Tree Ordinance be enforced to its fullest extent both in
the spirit and the letter.
Mrs. Steward moved the meeting be adjourned at 9130PM, and
the motion was seconded by Mr. Rex.
