The Regular Meeting was called to order by Chairman Rex at 7: 35 P.M.

A motion made by M. Beekman, seconded by S . Jaffe, to accept minutes of
the meeting of April 28, 1977, as presented, was unanimously approved by
D. Rex, M. Beekman, S. Jaffe.

Motion made by M. Beekman, seconded by S. Jaffe, to approve plans with
the following change - Exterior lights will match those on contiguous
property - approved by aye vote, M. Beekman, S . Jaffe, D. Rex.

GENERAL COMMENTS OF BOARD
n Recommend: Indicate the following: all side elevations, exterior light-
ing ; lawn sprinklers ; parking lot entrance footage; shielded garbage can
area; planting heights, and rear elevation low hedge.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
The scheduled review of landscape plans for the Town Garage, on the agenda
for 9: 30 p.m. , was not held since landscape plans were not available.
NEW BUSINESS
Chairman Rex read a letter from Mrs. E. W. Roberts, Town Manager, relative
to the Town Garage, dated May 18, 1977, Attachment "A" .
/'^' Copy of a letter dated October 29, 1976, from the Palm Beach County Health
Department relative to prohibition of installation of underground recep-
tacles as garbage storage facilities, was noted by Chairman Rex, Attachment
"B" .

Chairman Rex informed members of the Board, Town Attorney Thomas E.
Sliney has advised that minutes of the Community Appearance Board
meetings should include only motions made and actions taken. The minutes
will be signed by the Chairman and one additional member of the Board.
This procedure will be effective as of May 26, 1977.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion made by Mr. Beekman, seconded by Mrs. Jaffe, to adjourn the
meeting at 9:25 P.M. All aye votes, Mrs. Jaffe, Mr. Beekman, Mr. Rex.
