Chairman Schubert called the meeting to order at 7 :40 p.m. , the agenda is

Parking area not in accord with criteria. Board requested list of trees in-

Motion by J. Becker, "That we agree to meet again within two weeks if they
wish or within four weeks if necessary during which interval we will have
the oppurtunity to visit the site. " No second.
Motion by B. J. Stewart, second by J .Becker, that the building and landscape
plans for both sides of ALA be tabled until tree survey is received and Board
members make a field trip of the site, All aye votes .

The next meeting of the Community Appearance Board will be a Field Trip,
scheduled for Tuesday, May 8, 1979 at 10 : 30 a.m. to examine Town Lot #102
East and West. All members are to receive list of trees and copy of plan
indicating location of trees on property.
A Special Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 15, 1979, at 7 : 30 p.m.
to consider the revision of the current Community Appearance Board App-
lication for Review.
The next Regular Meeting of the Community Appearance Board is scheduled
for Thursday, May 31, 1979, at 7 :30 p.m. The agenda closes at 12 noon.
on Thursday, May 19, 1979.
Mr. Lorenz moved to adjourn the meeting, Mrs. Stewart seconded. All aye
votes . The regular meeting was adjourned at 12: 15 A.M.
