LOT #102 EAST AND WEST. BEACH WALK EAST AND WEST.
Mr. George Gentile, Landscape Architect, Mr . John Suiter, Surveyor,
Mr. Glen Atkinson, Urban Forester, Mr. Tony Allerton, Developer ' s
Representative, Mr. Charles Toth, Architect, Mr. Harry Adkins, Con-
tractor, CFC, Inc. , Mr . George Armas, Landscape Architect, Mr .
James Schubert and Mrs. B. J. Stewart joined in a field trip at
the site of the proposed Canstate Realty project "Beach Walk"
East and West, on Lot #102 East and West.
A quorum was not present for publicized meeting and Board members
present agreed to proceed to accomodate the large group present
for the development.
Location of building and sales trailer had been stzked out and
trees previously marked for relocation from these areas were
examined.
The following trees were tagged with metal tags and are to remain
undisturbed - 1,2, 18, 19, 23, 30, 32, 33 , 38, 39, 40, 41, 48, 49,
51, 98, 100.
The following trees are to be transplanted into the grove at the
front center of the East property - 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 .
The following trees are to be relocated to the West side of ALA -
7, 8, 9, 34, 35, 36, 44, 53, 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 77 .
If paradise trees 98 and 100 can not be retained in their present
locations they are to be relocated on the site.
In addition to all of the above trees, there are many other trees
with considerable value that are deemed excess for this development.
Developer agreed to make these trees available to the Town of High-
land Beach, Boca Raton, F.A.U. and the publ_c.
A number of poison wood trees were located and the developer was
warned about them and advised to remove them.
