JANUARY 10, 1980. LANDSCAPE.
Vice Chairman Leng called the meeting to order at 11 :00 a.m. , at the site,
advising this field trip was organized to examine Town Lot #106, East,
South Ocean Blvd. , project "Ocean Dunes" . The Agenda is Attachment "A" .
Present: A. Leng, B. J. Stewart, N. Hile, G. G. Lorenz.
Absent: D. K. Rex, J. M. Schubert, J. Becker., —

At the conclusion of the inspection of the property, Mr . Santiago was
advised that the '3'fa//Jfar./it%Kt&outh west corner of the property ie-,/P
to be saved and planted among small-go—limbo trees on the property.

The sea grape along the south west property line to be retained and selected
casuarina trees are to be saved. Approximately 18 gumbo limbo trees are
to be tagged and saved, 2 on the north side, approximately 10 in the center
and approximately 6 on the south side.
Motion by Mrs . Stewart, second by Mr. Hile, to accept plans as amended.
All aye votes, Mr. Hile, Mrs . Stewart, Mr. Lorenz and Mrs . Leng.
The field trip was adjourned at 12 : 10 p.m.
The next scheduled meeting of the Community Appearance Board will be
held Thursday, January 31, 1980, at 7 :30 p.m.
