MINUTES : COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD. FIELD TRIP. HIDDEN HARBOR LOT #65
LOT #69. CARRON HOUSE LOT #13 WEST. NOVEMBER 25, 1980.
Chairman Amelie Leng noted this was a Field Trip called to examine the
Hidden Harbor and Carron House projects on site.
Present: N. Hile, G. G. Lorenz, A. M. Giglio, N. C. Martin
and A. Leng.
HIDDEN HARBOR. 3707 SOUTH OCEAN BLVD. LOT #65 & LOT #69. MR. R. C. SMITH,
MR. RICHARD BRAUTIGAN, MR. KURT KETTLEHUT, REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT.
BOARD DECISION AND VOTING
Motion by Mr. Hile, second by Mrs . Giglio, to approve request for temporary
road and sales/construction trailer only. Landscaping not approved. Tree
removal permit approved to provide space for trailer and construction park-
ing. All aye votes, Mr. Hile, Mrs . Leng, Mr. Lorenz, Mrs. Giglio and Mrs.
Martin. Motion by Mrs. Martin, second by Mr. Lorenz, that group of seven sea
grape trees in line (on SR AlA) be staked in until construction is completed.

TAFT BRADSHAW) , MR. HERB RABIN (JACK PARKER INC. ) AND MR. THOMAS L. DELANEY
BOCA HIGHLAND, REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT.
GENERAL COMMENTS OF THE BOARD
No plans available. No action taken. Mr. Delaney advised the Community
Appearance Board that the car wash area will remain as is until June 1981.
The area north along the eastern boundary of south marina will be repaved
.-. within ensuing week. Mr. Delaney agreed that canopy trees will be planted
on the two islands in the parking area.
Letter advising Mr. Richard Rodgers, President, and Mr. Thomas L. Delaney,
Vice President, of meeting scheduled by the CAB for Thursday, December 18,
1980, mailed on November 25, 1980, copy attached.
Members of the Community Appearance Board proceeded to the Town Hall to
continue the meeting of November 25, 1980.
