Chairman Amelie Leng called the regular meeting to order at 7 :02 p.m. The
agenda is attached.

Minutes of the meeting held January 14, 1982, were examined. Motion by Mrs.
Rome, second, Mr. Conte, to approve minutes. All aye votes, Mrs. Rome, Mr.
Savino, Mr. Conte, Mr. Schneider, Mrs. Leng.

The Board agreed to postpone the matter until the end of the meeting.

GENERAL COMMENTS OF THE BOARD
Following discussion, Chairman Leng requested that the matter be tabled
until the CAB can set a precedent for future requests for these dishes .

Motion by D. A. Conte, second, D. R. Rome, "that approval be postponed until
the next meeting. " All aye votes, Mrs. Rome, Mr. Conte, Mr. Schneider,Mr.
Savino, Mrs. Leng. Members agreed to go to Regency Highland on Saturday,
January 20, 1982, to examine the roof.

BOARD DECISION AND VOTING
Motion by D. R. Rome, second, J. F. Schneider, to accept the lighting plan
for the whole municipal complex. All aye votes, Mr. Schneider, Mrs. Rome,
Mr. Conte, Mr. Savino and Mrs. Leng.
COCO DE MER. CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
Motion by D. A. Conte, that request for issuance of a certificate of
occupancy be approved based on the fact that an agreement has been reached
with the Bel Lido Property Owners Association for the use of their dune
walkover.
Suggested installations and procedures for C ble TV dish installations to
be followed by the CAB, will be discussed at the Workshop Meeting to be
held on February 11, 1982 , at 9: 30 a.m.
Letters dated January 25, 1982, received by Mrs. Leng from Mrs . Howard
Miller, 3009 S/O Blvd. , Ocean Pines resident and Mr. Edwin G. Olsen, Ocean
Pines resident, recommending (1) change of present exterior color of Ocean
Dunes Condominium and (2) recommending erection of a wall to avoid water
rrun-off on the south side of Ocean Dunes . Letters to be referred to the
Building Department.
Mrs. Leng noted that letter had been written to Mr. James C. Stanley, ad-
vising that the Townhomes of Highland Beach and Ocean Dunes Condominium
are not ready for inspection for certificates of occupancy at this time.
Mr. Schneider has advised Mr. Stanley to have plantings in before calling
for the CAB inspections for Ocean Terrace North.
Mr. Schneider will make a walk-thru inspection at Beach Walk East to check
if Beach Walk is ready for inspection.
