CAMINO COVE - JERRY AND BILL MILORD, PRESENT.
,-s Chairman Nita Martin called the Special Meeting of the Community Appear-
ance Board to order at 1: 35 P.M.
Present were L. P. Johnson, F. Savino, G. J. Galizia , A. R. Keller and
N. C. Martin.
Chairman Nita Martin said the purpose of this meeting was to vote recom-
mendation for approval of facade of all remaining units of Camino Cove.
There are a total of ten units . Unit #7 received a Certificate of Oc-
cupancy approval earlier at which time the entire landscaping for the
project was also approved.
Mrs . Louise Johnson, Certificate of Occupancy inspection member for the
month of February had inspected the facade for the remaining units .
Chairman Nita Martin said when she made her inspection of the project,
she noticed some plants and trees were damaged and frazzled. Some of
the plants will come back - dead trees will be replaced.
Mr . Jerry Milord said he will replace dead trees in mid-March.
Mrs. Louise Johnson reported that Frank Savino and she inspected Camino
Cove on February 12 , 1985, at 9 :45 A.M. and found the building facade
of the Townhouses conformed completely with specifications .
A MOTION, by Louise Johnson, to recommend that Camino Cove be given a
Certificate of Occupancy with condition that Milord Development replace
the dead plants and bushes in March. Mr. Frank Savino seconded the
MOTION.
The recording secretary polled the members which resulted as follows:

The MOTION carried unanimously.
Chairman Nita Martin adjourned the Special Meeting at
1:40 P.M.
