The Chairman invited J . J. Ambridge, Resident Manager of Braemar Isle and the Association ' s representative today, to address the Board and explain the nature of the proposed alterations . Mr . Ambridge said that the plans only included enclosing the outside entranceway, which pres- ently has a roof extending over the area , with glass . He said the result would be more of a vestibule rather than extended lobby effect and would give added protection to the building since security person- nel would be located in the area and could screen anyone before they actually entered the condominium. He added that this improved vantage point would also allow security personnel to have a better view of approaching vehicles . When questioned about the existing landscaping , Mr . Ambridge answered that no changes were planned at present , but he felt that if changes were made in the future, the landscaping would be upgraded .
