GREENING COMMITTEE Lengthy discussion took place regarding the movement of a royal palm tree (dedicated to Louise Johnson ) in front of Regency Highland Condo- minium on the DOT right of way . ( See Minutes of May 27 , 1993 ) . It was the consensus of the members that although Mr . Arenella ( a Regency resident) had been previously asked to convey the Board ' s acceptance of the Regency ' s offer to move the tree onto their property for a nominal fee , it was now the opinion of the majority of the members that because of its age and size , it was doubtful the palm would survive the move .
