OLD BUSINESS
Town Manager Mary Ann Mariano answered concerns of the Board which
were brought up in the April 25, 1996 regular meeting. (Memo of
4/25 to Ms. Mariano attached hereto and made a part of these
minutes. ) There was discussion of each item as follows :
1 . Owners of 4100 have been asked to clean out their lot;
additional lot owners in town have been asked to do same .
The Town maintenance crew will be asked to pick up obvious
dropped fronds, etc. on their daily tour of town.
2 . "Do not feed raccoon" signs are not feasible in town;
residents may start asking that signs be placed for other
concerns; individuals must take responsibility for their own
actions.
3 . Bikepath signs are in conformance with state statute; language
cannot be changed.
It was suggested that a line item be placed in the next Community
Newsletter stating the hazards of feeding wild animals, and
reminding residents to issue audiable warning when riding
bikes/rollerblades.
Inspector for the month of July will be Frank Arenella.
The next Regular meeting is scheduled for July 25 at 9 :30 a.m.
with no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to
adjourn was made by MR. ARENELLA/MR. FDTERNICK at 10 :25 a.m.
