Mr. Du Vall presented an update on Town trees, and obtaining a
contract to have them pruned yearly, and stating that the Town is
responsible for fertilization, etc. He also mentioned that he is
having the bike path signs replaced. ((,,►►
Town residents Leonard Bell and AL btaa'AcciAczA(t resented their
concern on the Lang residence and its lengthy renovation, and the
lot adjacent to it, belonging to the Town Houses of Highland Beach,
which just recently had mounds of dirt on it for approximately 6
months . They expressed concern that the CAB had not brought these
two issues to the Town Commission for some action in cleaning up
these sites. Mrs . Gordon stated that these were Code Enforcement
Board issues and not in the jurisdiction of the CAB. Mr. Bell and
Behrman disagreed stating that "Community Appearance" presents
itself as being anything to do with an unsightly property in Town.
Mr. Arenella/Mrs Colarullo proposed the following MOTION.
THAT THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD GENERATE A MEMORANDUM
TO THE TOWN COMMISSION ASKING FOR THEIR ASSISTANCE IN
HAVING THE TWO AFOREMENTIONED PROPERTIES COMPLETED AND
CLEANED UP.
Vote met with unanimous approval .
Mr. Bell thanked the Board for their time.
With no other business to come before the Board, MOTION to adjourn
