Colarullo called the Regular Meeting to order in Town Hall at 9 : 30 A.M. Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll . Present were Chair Colarullo, Members Miriam Zwick, Abraham Futernick, Beverly Barr. Judith Lee Browner, Frank Savino and new member Neil W. Burd. Also present were members of the general public . APPROVAL OF MINUTES Upon MOTION by MR. FUTERNICK/MRS . ZWICK, the amended minutes of the October 29, 1998 Regular Meeting were unanimously approved. NEW BUSINESS PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR 36 FT. , 6 FT. HIGH ALUMINUM RAIL FENCE W/GATE AND 10 FT. , 4 FT. HIGH LOUVER FENCE W/GATE, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3569 S. OCEAN BLVD. APPLICANT: A&A FENCES, INC. OWNER: JAMES BYRON. Mrs . Bryon was present to discuss her plans, and after the Board' s review of same, the following MOTION was made by MRS. ZWICK/MRS. BROWNER: THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR A 36 FT. , 6 FT. HIGH ALUMINUM RAIL FENCE W/GATE AND 10 FT. , 4 FT. HIGH LOUVER FENCE W/GATE, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3569 S . OCEAN BLVD. APPLICANT: A&A FENCES, INC. OWNER: JAMES BYRON. Motion met with unanimous vote . PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR INSTALLATION OF BRONZE ALUMINUM RAIL FENCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1019 RUSSELL DRIVE, LOT 20 . APPLICANT/OWNER: BRIAN CORNACCHIA. Mr. Cornacchia was present and stated that the fence is being required by his insurance company. After review of the plans, the following MOTION was made by MRS. ZWICK/MRS . BARR: THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR INSTALLATION OF BRONZE ALUMINUM RAIL FENCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1019 RUSSELL DRIVE, LOT 20 . APPLICANT/OWNER: BRIAN CORNACCHIA. Motion met with unanimous vote . Community Appearance Board November 19 , 1998 Page 2 of 3 PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR DEMOLITION OF EXISTING RESIDENCE; CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW RESIDENCE WITH POOL, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4323 TRANQUILITY DRIVE, BLOCK 3 , LOT 18 BEL LIDO. APPLICANT: DONALD T. SMITH, OWNER: H. SUSSKIND. Mr. Smith presented the plans to the board and answered any questions they had. After review, the following MOTION was made by MR. FUTERNICK/MRS. ZWICK: THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR DEMOLITION OF EXISTING RESIDENCE; CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW RESIDENCE WITH POOL, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4323 TRANQUILITY DRIVE, BLOCK 3, LOT 18 BEL LIDO. APPLICANT: DONALD T. SMITH, OWNER: H. SUSSKIND. Motion met with unanimous vote . PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR GUEST HOUSE ADDITION TO MAIN HOUSE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2435 S . OCEAN BLVD. , LOT 9 & 10 . OWNER/APPLICANT: MR. /MRS . MULLER. Jud Jones was present with his architect to discuss the subject plans, and presented a partial landscaping plan for their review. Completed landscaping plans will be finalized after approval of the project . With all questions answered, the following MOTION was made by MRS. ZWICK/MRS. BARR: THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE BOARD GIVES FINAL APPROVAL FOR GUEST HOUSE ADDITION TO MAIN HOUSE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2435 S . OCEAN BLVD. , LOT 9 & 10 . OWNER/APPLICANT: MR. /MRS . MULLER. Motion met with unanimous vote . Inspectors for the month of December will be Mr. Savino and Mrs . Zwick. With no further business to come before the Board, MOTION to adjourn was made by MR.
