NEW BUSINESS
PRELIMINARY REVIEW FOR TWO NEW 2-FAMILY RESIDENCES; INCLUDING SITE
WORK, SITE WALLS AND DECORATIVE ARCH, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1111
& 1115 HIGHLAND BEACH DRIVE, LOTS 19 & 20 .
APPLICANT: MARK ROTHENBERG / GARDENS AT HIGHLAND BEACH.
Mr. Rothenberg presented his plans, offering explanation that the
units are larger than the present 2 lots, and will have a unity of
title for a 24 foot wide track which runs parallel to the parcels
creating the appropriate setback requirements .
Mr . Burd asked if the ingress/egress of the units will eventually
be connected to the 15 abutting acres, when Mr . Rothenberg develops
same, and if that would be the main access to the development . Mr.
Rothenberg stated that these four units will be part of the
association of the future project, so there will be an access even
if via a board walk for availability to the boat dock, beach, etc . ,
but does not foresee a drive through access . Colors were discussed
and Landscaper went over the horticulture planned.
