FINANCIAL ADVISORY BOARD
QUARTERLY MEETING MINUTES
Thursday, April 15, 1999 10:30 A.M.
Chairman Felix R. Goldenson called the Regular Meeting to order in
Commission Chambers at 9:30 a.m.
Deputy Town Clerk Jane Dillon called the roll. Present were
Chairman Goldenson, Vice Chairman John R. Demarco, Members Byron
McKinley, Charles D. Cohn, and Marianne Salibello.
Finance Director Stan Novak, Town Manager Ben Saag were present as
well as members of the general public.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Upon MOTION by MR. COM/MR. MCKINLEY, the minutes of the January
21, 1999 Quarterly Meeting were approved.
NEW BUSINESS
Ouarterly Report
Subject report was discussed with questions answered and clarified
by Finance Director and Town Manager.
Mr. DeMarco congratulated Mr. Novak on presentation of report.
At the July Quarterly Meeting Investment Policy will be discussed
and types of investments the Town has.
With no further business to come before the Board at this time,
MOTION to adjourn was made by MR. DEMARCO/MR. COHN at 10:35 A.M.
