REQUEST FOR PUBLIC HEARING SPECIAL EXCEPTION FOR LOTS #92, #93, #94, EAST OF SR AlA APRIL 3, 1979. Chairman Boscove called the meeting to order advising this was a special meeting called for the purpose of setting a date to advertise and hold a public hearing for a request for a Special Exception and to take action on that request. Present: J. A. Boscove, C. B. Blankenship, R. B. Myers, O. L. Edlund. Absent: W. Bonny, J. M. Farrin, N. M. Johnson The request for Special Exception has been submitted by Digby C. Bridges, Agent for Baker, Ammann & Whitney Inc., Agents for Park Tower Develop- ment Group for Highland Beach Town Lots #92, #93, #94, East of SR AlA. Chairman Boscove advised that the Planning Commission must hold this special meeting to set a date and advertise the proposed Public Hearing as directed in Chapter 30, Sec. 9 (a) (b), Zoning, of the Code of Ordin- ances of the Town of Highland Beach, Florida. Notice of the scheduled Public Hearing must be given at least thirty (30) days in advance of public hearing. The owner of the property for which special exception is sought, or his agent, shall be notified by 44 mail. Notice of such hearings shall be posted on the property for which special exception is sought, at the Town Hall and in one other public place at least thirty (30) days prior to the public hearing. At the conclusion of the discussion of procedures required for holding a public hearing for a special exception, Mr. Blankenship offered the motion to hold the public hearing on Wednesday, May 9, 1979, at 7:30 p.m. second by Mr. Myers. All aye votes. ADJOURNMENT The next regular meeting of the Planning Commission is scheduled for Wednesday, May 9, 1979, immediately following the scheduled public hearing.
