Held August 31, 1919 In accordance with election recruirements of the 'l own Code a Cpec~.al lUleeting of the `mown Comrission was held. at the `t'own Hall for the purpose of canvassing the returns of the Bond election held on August 30, 1949 The election board presented it's certification of the elec- tion results which are as follows: 21 freeholders were qualified to vote. 20 freeholders voted in the election. 20 votes were in favor of the 3ond issue. No votes were cast against tiie bond issue. T'ne following; papers were attached to the election boards s certification of the election results: Certified list of freeholders qualified to vote. Signature list of who voted in the election. :election clerk's list of voters in the election. Upon examination the above papers were found. to he in order and correct and the members of the Town Commission found them so. All members of, the Cornrnission were present, i.e. Mayor 'Totterdale, Vice-Mayor 1Teaton, Cornm. Dubendorff, Smith and Hertwig. ~omm. Smith thereupon offered and moved the adoption of Resolution No. 6: Be it resolved by (;3each, Florida, that ~~~ ,~~~`~- to the results of C, o~ .land. The motion to adopt said resolution No. 6 was seconded by Comm. Heaton. Upon the taking of the vote the following voted in favor: Comm. Heaton, Smith, Dubendorff, Totterdale and f-lertwig. Comm. Smith moved and Comrn. Heaton seconded a P~~Zotion that all election papers be made apart of the, minutes of this meeting. U~~on the taking; of the vote the following voted in favor: Comm. Beaton, Smith, Dubendorff, `.Totterdale and.
