RECOMMENDATION: Applicant has submitted a site plan for review, to construct an addition of
approximately 976 sq. ft. to an existing 2149 sq. ft., one story house located at 4315 Tranquility
Drive. The total floor area to be approximately 3125 square feet, under A/C. The Building
Department has reviewed the site plan submitted by the applicant, and found that the proposed
design/floor plan, does comply with the requirements of the Town of Highland Beach Zoning
Ordinances Chapter 30-64, Table 30-2. The Building Department recommends approving construction
of the addition to the existing residence per submitted plan.
