AM Associates, Incorporated WATER IMPACT STATEMENT Single Family Residence 4426 Tranquility Lane, Highland Beach, FL April 20, 2015 General: The subject site comprises approximately 0.29 acres of property located along the south side of Tranquility Lane in Highland Beach which is currently a vacant lot. The site is slated for redevelopment which will entail construction of a new single family home. (1) Number & Types of Meters to be used to monitor water usage: It is anticipated that the single family residence will be metered via a new one -inch meter for potable use. (2) Projected usage and pressure requirements per diem and monthly: The potable water use associated with the new single family residence is conservatively estimated at 350 GDP (10,500 gallons per month) based on 3.5 persons living in the home.
