General:
The subject site comprises approximately 0.29 acres of property located along the south side of
Tranquility Lane in Highland Beach which is currently a vacant lot. The site is slated for
redevelopment which will entail construction of a new single family home.
(1) Number & Types of Meters to be used to monitor water usage:
It is anticipated that the single family residence will be metered via a new one -inch meter for potable
use.
(2) Projected usage and pressure requirements per diem and monthly:
The potable water use associated with the new single family residence is conservatively estimated at
350 GDP (10,500 gallons per month) based on 3.5 persons living in the home. The fact that this
property will be used in the same manner it was zoned for; there should be no more increase in water
use demand than was already initially accounted for by this property.
