A Regular I~2onthly F,~eeting.
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 p.m. by I1~Tayor Smith, A 1so
present were Comm. Tvoble and Piertvaig and Comm. Designate ~r~leber.
Comm. Harmon was absent, being out of town.
Comm. H. F. R. tr~Teber subscribed to the oath of office, as follows,
in accordance with the laws of the Town;
I do solemnly svaear (or affirm) that I trill support, defend and
protect the Constitution and Government of the United States and of
the State of Florida against all enemies, domestic or f areign, and
that I will bear true faith, loyalty and allegiance to the same,
and that I am entitled to hold office under the donstitution of the
United States and the Constitution of the State of Florida, and that
I will faithfully perform all the duties of the office of
Commissioner, on which Sam about to enter, so help me God,

Tv~inutes of the meeting of April 5, 1955, were read and approved on
motion of Comm. Noble, seconded by Comm. ?"deber and the affirmative
votes of all four commissioners present.
Comm. HertvRrig advised receipt of tests of samples of the Town vaater,
which were reported as satisfactory as of April 4, 1955.
There was a general discussion of the proposed improvements to the water
vrorks, including the matter of a filtration system, and some discussion
of mean of f financing the proposed improvements. The discussion included
remarks residents and taxpayers, present in the audience. Among those
attending the meeting were ~;'~. L. Due, R. ~, Breckenridge, Don Ross,
Lj'. H. Henkelman, R. K. Carter and L. A. 'iTingle.
The meeting was adjourned on motion of Comm. Vdeber, seconded by Comm.
Noble and t`ne affirmative votes of all four commissioners present.
