Ts~inutes of the rr~eeting of October 4, 1955 vaere read and approved on motion of Comm. Noble, seconded by Comm. l~ypel and the affirmative votes of all five corm,1issioners present. ~n applicatior_ for permit to erect a new building at Seacliff vvas presented. Puns for the building call for a deviation from the stan- dard set back of ten feet on the south property line to a reduced set- back of seven feet in order to meet a difficult situation. The owner T:-r. South Dixvn also filed a written consent of tine adjoining proper- ty owner for the reduced setbac~~. 1lfter a general discuss:~.on of the question, Comrn. ivoble moved that the Tovm Clerk: be authorized to issue the perrr2it as requested. The motion vras seconded by Comm. ?'Ieber and ap- proved by the affirmative votes of all five corrmissicncrs present. Coia~rn. ~deber moved that l~~r, R. ~. Breckenridge be re;;appointed to serve as a director, representing the Tavrn, on the ~,'.:,.lm Beach County F~esources ~'~evelopment Board. '':ieber and approved by the affirmative votes of all five commissioners present and the meeting eras declared in recess. On T~Tovember B, at 7;30 p.m. tie meeting eras called to order by Comm.. Hertvaig. Plans for the filtration plant vaere still incomplete and no ot'c?er members of the Commission vrere present. Tacking a quorum, Comm. "r~''~eber stated that plans and specifications for the r.ighland Beach sys~em i~vere rapidly nearing, completion. The e was discussion about the estimated cost of the proposed plant and T;_'r.~`,'Teber stated that it could not be determined accurately unless the plans and specifications were cor~lpleted so that contractors could bid on same. It eras the consensus that this should be done and Comm. ?':ieber moved that Brocl~~vay, '~~'eber 4;. Frocti~vray be regl.~ested to complete plans as soon as poss- ible so that bids could be advertised for.
