The meeting was called to order at 7;45 p,mo by Mayor Smith,
Also present were Comm.. Skillman and Hartwig. Comma Harmon
was absent
Minutes of the meetings of 120/53 and 2/3/53 were read and ap-
proved on motion of Comm. Hartwig, seconded by Comm. Skillman
and passed by affirmative votes of Comm. Skillman, Smith & HertwigA
The was a general discussion of the recurrence of "red dater;,
Comm. Skillman complaining that the trouble occurred at his
resort on several occasions. By general agreement it was de-
cided that it would be wiae to have the pressure tank opened
for inspection of its condition but that it would be unwise to
have this done until the close of the season after mid-April.
On motion of Comm. Hartwig, seconded by Comm. Skillman and ap-
paovsd by affirmative votes of Comm. Skillman, Smith and Hartwig,
the Treasurer was authorized and directed to pay any proper small
bills currently due and in particular the Bill of Howard Smith
in the amount of114.00 for the cost of the completion of the
Audit of the Town accounts for the fiscal years ending October
31, 1951 and Octoner 31, 1952; also the bill of W. H. Kirk in
the amount of X70.00 for February water works inspection service,
and the extra sum of X40,00 for extra work at the water works
during the period that H. L. Cromer was performing experimental
and test work on the pressure tank,
There was some discussion about the existing vacancy on the
Town Commission but no off icial action was takeno
The meeting was adjourned on motion of Comm. Hartwig, seconded
by Conxrn. Skillman and the affirmative votes of x13 three Com-
missioners present,
