Bp general afireesment he was requested to continue to seek a solution and to carry out a'suggested experiment in the use of Calgon. Healy of .Byrd Beach, concerning the charges for his water. By general.. agreement Comm. Hertt~vig was requested to continue his efforts..at a settlement. Comm: Smith moved that the Town Clerk be authorized; anci directed to purchase., at a cost not to exc®ed X50.00, six foldixtg metal chairs for .use at meetings of the Town Commission. Thee. motion was seconded by Gomm. Harmon and approved by affirmative votes of all four com- missoners present. On motion of Comm. Harmon, seconded by Comte. Stith, the Town Clerk was authorized and d~.rected to engage Howard Smith,.. Auditor, at a cost not to exceed $75:00, to make preliminary accounting and aud- itng of the Town Accounts to the end of the fiscal year which ended October 31, 1952, and. to secure an estimate of the cost for a camp plete 'audit and a financial. statement. to .that date. 0n motion of Comm. Smith, seeoi~ded by Comm. Harmon the Treasurer was authorized and directed to pay current bills o~ the Town which are properly due for payment. The motion was approved by affirmative -votes of all four commissioners present. On motion of Comm. Hretwig seconded by Comm.
