Hartwig reported that Attorney Byrd had prepared all papers required for the several rights of way needed for the water mains and pipe lines, and stated that some of these matters could be closed at once while ©thers would have to wait until title to the well site is definitely vested in the Town of Highland Beach. Comm.-Smith moved that the Mayor and Towne Clerk be auth©rized and. directed to complete-said right of way agreements ae soon as practicable. The motion was seconded by Gomm. Hartwig and passed on the affirmat~.ve vot~$ of G©mm. Smith, Hertwi:g and T©tterdale.
