Clerk Hartwig presented for formal approval Engineer Brockway's order #1 on the Water project. Copy. is attached hereto. Change . Comm. Cromer, for the installation of water service . connections in the Town of highlend Beach. The proposal is in line with current prices. Hartwig reported that Attorney Byrd had prepared all papers required for the several rights of way needed for the water mains and pipe lines, and stated that some of these matters could be closed at once while ©thers would have to wait until title to the well site is definitely vested in the Town of Highland Beach. Comm.-Smith moved that the Mayor and Towne Clerk be auth©rized and. directed to complete-said right of way agreements ae soon as practicable. The motion was seconded by Gomm. Hartwig and passed on the affirmat~.ve vot~$ of G©mm. Smith, Hertwi:g and T©tterdale. There was no dissant, There being nothing further requiring action at this timer Comm: Hartwig moved that the meeting be recessed t© Monday Januarp 9th at 7:30 P. M.
