Comm. Fertwig suggested ....:that it ~wtas time.' to prepare for. a meeting ofproperty owners.. who altho absent all summer are now here and should be informed of the progress made. on various - matters. He moved that'a committee be appointed to make arrange- manta for such a meeting. Comm. Dubendorff seconded the motion a and it .was passed by affirmative votes of Camm. Dubendorff, Smith Totterdale and Hartwig, with no dissent.:-A~apvr Totterdale appointed Cmm. Dubendorff, Chailrman and Comm, Smith aad Heaton also on the committee:. On motion of Comm.
