MINUTES--Highland Beach Town Commission---January 21~ 1950; being a resumption of meeting held January 23,1950. • The meeting was called to order by ~~.yor Totterdale at 10:00 A M Present tdere Comm. A RESOLUTION APPROVIT+IG THE BOND OF THE TREASURER OF THE TOWN OF HTGHLAI~ID BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN THE AItTOUNT OF X100,000, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of the Town of Highland Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, that the bond gi ven by the Treasurer, Rudolph W. Hertwig, with John James and Paulkips as surety and made payable to the Town of Highland Beach iri the amount of One Hundred Thousand Dollars (100,000), said amount being equal to the par value of the X100,000, water bonds of the Town of Highland Beach, dated as of December 1, 19~.9j is hereby approved and found to be in compliance with Jection l~ of Article V1 of the Charter of the To~rm of Highland Beach, Florida.
