Present were Comm'Dubendorff Heaton., Smith & Hartwig. Mayor'To~terdale was absent. r Minutes of the peeedng muting were read and approved on motion of Cam, Smith, seconded by' Comm.- Dubendorff and affirmative votes of Ca-mm. Dubendarff, Heaton, Smith & Hartwig. Clerk Hartwig reported receipt from Engineer Brockway of Estimate for w©rk on the dater System the amount of said estimate, being X13,212.22 After consideration and discussion Comm.._ Dubendorff moved that the Town Treasurer be directed to pap to Howard L. Cromer the amount of said estimate. The motion was seconded byComm. -Smith and passed by affirmative votes of Coa~rn. Dubendorff, Heaton Smith & Hartwig. The clerk resented ::bill from .Engineer. George S. Brockway to the amount of792.73 for engineering services based on the afore-meat tinned Estimate ~2 Payment of the bill was authorized by motion of Comm. Dubendorff, seconded by Comm. Smith with affirmative votes bg Gomm. Heaton Dubendorff, Smith & Hartwig. Clerk Hartwig reported that the final right of .way agreement had' ~~ been received from Mr. MMi.ke Prodanov .for the .strip from the fast bank of the canal to State Road AlA. Clerk Hartwig reported that ir~accordance with discussion at the greeeding meeting a resolution had been drawn, to establish water rates and water bill security depos ts~ and proceeded to read said resolution being Resolution X11. R~arch 7 1950 After full discussion of the resolution, Comm; Smith moved that R®solution #11 be passed anal adopted as read. The motion was aat~ seconded by Comm. Dubendorff and passed by affirmative votes of Comm. Dubendorff, Heaton, Smith & Hartwig. Comm, Dubendorff reported in the matter of the prop©sed general meeting e~f property owners, and stated that he would try to cam- plete,arrangements for the meeting. Comm,. Dubendorff .advised that to his knowledge no steps had been taken in the matter of issuing: occupational licenses. .The meeting was recessed until 7:34 P. M., March 20, 195Q on motipn of Comm, Heaton, seconded by Comm, Smith and affirmative votes of Comm.
