Present were Comm`°; Dubendorff, Heaton, Smithy Totterdale and Hertzrig. Nv.nutes_rof the, preceding meeting were read and approved on motion of Co~mm~ th seconded by Comm. Dubendorff and affirmative votes of Co ubenc~orff, Heaton, Sm3.th Totterdale and Hertwg. Comm. Heatrton moved that the Treasurer be directed to open at The Bognton State dank, the WATER Bt3ND3 INTEREST AND SIlVKING FUND account, and t© transfer th`eret© from th® WATER PLANT CONSTRUCTION FUND, such amount as is to be wed for the first semi-annual inter- est pagment ®n the:~ater Bonds and stick other amount as belongs in the INTEREST AND SINKING FUND. Comm. Smith seconded the motion and it was passed bg the affirmative votes of Comm: Dubehdorff, Heaton, Smith, Watterdale and Hert~igg. The motion included a direction to the Treasurer to Dave granted, proper voucher type checks for use in making pagments from the INTERE3T`AND SINKING.:: FUND account. ~~ There was discussion about-progress at the Water plant and about setting up committees to prepare 3~rsaxY estimates and establish- a budget for the Town+ Howard L. Cromer met with the 8ommisson to discuss the matter of changing location of an $ inch valve on AlA.:` On motion: of Comm.'
