The meeting was called to order by Mayor Totterdale at '~: 30p:m Present-were CHeaton, Smithy Totterda.le:8c Hertwig. Comm: Uubendorff was absent because of serious...family illness. - Minutes of the .preceding meeting were read and approved upon motion of Comm. Heaton, seconded by Comm: Smith and the affirm- ative votes'of:Comm..-Heaton, Smith, Totterdale & Hertwig. ' The clerk reported receipt of letter from the County Health Department stating that samples of the water taken at Blue. ~Tater Apts were satisfactory, but that samples taken from the extreme s©uth end of -the main were still unsatisfactory.' There was considerable discussion about preparation of some form of building coded .also about the adoption. of some zoning regulations designed to keep out elasses.c~pf eonstructoa ©r types of buildings which might be detrimental to the Town.. There was also discussion about the situation created by the failure of several of the 'towns people to pay as agreed for their water connections and to put up the standard water bill ' deposits.
