M. by Mayor Totterdale. Present t~rere Comm. Dubendorff, Heaton, Smith, Totterdale ~~. Hertwig. I~7inutes of the preceding meeting trere read an dapproved on motion of Comm. Smith, seconded by Comm. Heaton and affirmative votes of all five commissioners present. Tn.e clerk presented bill of ~ H. Kirl~ for inspection service at the ~~Jater T,iTorks for the period from I`~?ay 23 to June ,30 There eras some discussion about a~etzt the starting date of I~Ir. Kirk's service. Comm. Hertz~Jig moved that a previous arrangement be set aside, that ~Ir Kirk's service be started as of the date of n3ay 23, 1950, asd that payment of his bill to the.amount of X65.00 be authorized. The motion was seconded by Comm: Smith and passed by affirmative votes of all five commissioners present. The clerk read letter from the State Health Dept concerning the matter of getting a shipping container for the handling; of water swmples~ and arras directed to get an estimate of the cost. Comm. Totterdale reyoorted onproposed changes of the Town code af- fecting auto trailers. The matter z.ras tabled for further investi- gation, by unanimous agreement o_f all present. • Gn motion of Comm. Smith, seconded by Comm. a~ubendorff and gassed by aff irrnat ive votes of all five commissioners ire sent , the Totem Treasurer ti~~ras directed to pay bill of the Florida Power ~-, Light Co. to the amount of '~~22~5 Comm. ~Iertwig presented and read prepared Resolution X13 ti~rhich as directed at the meeting of June 26, 1950, arranges for the final payment of the construction contract with Howard L. Cromer. Comm. Dubendorff moved that Resolution r13 be passed and adopted as ready Comm:' Smith seconded the motion and it was passed by affirmative votes of Comm. Dubendorff, ITeaton, Smith, Totterdale and I-iertwig, ~~rith no dissent.
