»y general consent the usual orcier of business eras suspended to
have a discussion T;•rit'rt Z1Tr Freeman of the telephone company about
tT1e general telephone situation. T~To formal action was taken.
The commissioners discussed vrith Tvr Wheeler the several aspects of
traz"fic control. The question of retaining T~r. T~lheeler in this matter
was tabled for future consideration. It eras decided that the first
move tot~rard curbing excessive speed T~rould have to be the erection
of signs at the town limits, which would specify a ma~.imum speed.
Can motion of Comm. Hertwig seconded by Comm. I?eaton and ap;~roved
by affirmative votes of al~ five commissioners present, the Tlayor
eras authorized to have tti^ro signs erected at a total cost of ",';36.00.
T~~iinutes of the preceding meeting ~~rere read sand approved on motion
of Comm. ~ Dubendorff seconded by Comm. Heaton and affirmative
votes of all five commissioners present.
On motion of .Comm. Heaton, seconded 'oy Comm. Smith, the clerTL ?eras
authorized to ~a.y bill of the li"lorida Pourer ~. Light Co. to the a-
• mount of x';',31.1$ and to order a specimen ~;ater bottle container at
a cost not to exceed ;11$.00. The motion ~~~ras Aoassed by affirmative
`votes of all five commissioners present.
