The clerk_ read letter dated ~` from th'~ St~.te Land Dent. in substance refusing to alter their policLr on th.e value of the submerged lands. There ti~ras some difference of opinion about an item of ~1~00.00 for pest control. Comm. Smith moved that the item of pest control be set at the figure of ,?J_~0000 Comm. Dubendorff seconded the motion. . It was passed by affirmative votes of COmm, Dubendorff, Smith and Totterdale i~rith Comm. Heaton: and I-Iertz=lig ~roting against the motion.
