in substance refusing to alter their policLr on th.e value of the
submerged lands. '3~r unanimous agreement the letter ~°~as turned over

Tti~e T`<~~,ror -reported that S. C. Roth refused to sign the standard form
of ~~r~.ter service application. The matter zras tabled by una.nirnous
agreement.

~~•Iayor Totterdale subr~.itted a corrected schedule of stir~~ted
Recei?~ts and DisbL?.rsements for the fiscal T*ear bb~;inn~i.n~; T?ovember
1st, 1950 and requested its approval as the final budget. There
ti~ras some difference of opinion about an item of ~1~00.00 for pest
control. Comm. Smith moved that the item of pest control be set at
the figure of ,?J_~0000 Comm. Dubendorff seconded the motion.
. It was passed by affirmative votes of COmm, Dubendorff, Smith and
Totterdale i~rith Comm. Heaton: and I-Iertz=lig ~roting against the motion.
