option on the glades buggy and stated that it ~r~.s in order to consid-
er the matter of completing the purchase if sufficient funds ?~rere on
hand. This ca?iseci. a general discussion of the sand neat control pro-
;iect, Comm. Heaton and ~-1ertT~rig arguing against it and Cor~mm. Totterdale
Dubendorff and Smith in favor of it. After a lengthy discussion, Comm.
Dubendorff moved that the Tovm proceed tb complete the vurcl~ase of
the glades buggy e«cept that actual payment of the money be deferred
until ~it~ December ?nth in order to see hour much taV money ?~rould 'ne
