Beach, Floridm, was held. .~ at the Town Hall located at Blue haters, 4503 South Ocean Boulevard, in the Taem of Highland Beach, Florida, at 8 osolook P.M. on the 5th deb of July, 1949. There were present at said meeting the following Tonm Co~issionors who had been .named, appointed and designated in Senate Bill No. 418, as the sage was duly passed by the 1949 Florida a Legislature, to wits Coasflissioners Totterdale, Smith, Dubendorff and Hartwig. Coiissiemer 1feeYs was absar~t, being out of the State of Florida at this time, Mayor Totterdale called the ~areeting ~ order and introduced C. Y: Byrd of -the law Firm of Byrd de lthitley, who had beeai employed by the vario+~s intersstesl property owners is the Trim of Highland Bsaah, to prepare the Charter iot for introduction:e~nd passage through the 1949 Florida ~- legislature. Mr. Byrd presented to the To~wa Cimmission a certified ~.{ copy of its Charter bot, the saaae being Senate Bill Ao. 418, and ad- wised the Casgisaion that said-.Senate Bill loo. 418 had been duly and. e regularly passed by th:e 1949 Florida Legislature, as will appear more ^~ particularly from the Certificate of the Honarable R. Z. Gray, Seoretaxy k of the State of Florida, • ~.
