1949.08.02_TC_Minutes_Regular The rece$~sed meeting of August 7:30 P.M. Pres®nt were Vice Mayor Heaton Aertwig. Mayor Tbtterdale was Minutes of the July 15th meets: to 2nd aas resumed anti Comm. Smith absent and ~'~.'ce ng were read and August 5, 1949 on August 5th at Dubendorff and Mayor Heaton ~r®sided approved on motion of Comm. Dubandorff, seconded by Comm. Smith .. Affirmat~.ve votes by all present. Camm. Dubendorff moved that the "Codebof Qrdir~ancea" now be pat on. its second reading. Ccu~. Smith seconded the motion and v®tes is the affirmati~-® ware cast by all pT®sent i.e. Comm. Siaith, Httbendorff, Heaton and Hertwig# And so the Code of Qrdi.nances" of the Town of Highland Beach was read in full. - After due discussion Comm. Hartwig moved that The " C®d® of Q~di- taances" be passed as read, without amendments Comm. Duber~dorff~ seconded the motion. Affirmative votes were cast by all present, to wit. Gomm. Ih~ben,dorff, Heaton, Smith and Hartwig. And so the "Code of Ordinances of the Town of Highland Beachn wan passed: Comm. Smith moved that a public meeting be arranged on August, lQ. and that all available residents be urged to attend so that all could be advised in detail about the progress and condit3oa of the that®r Plant ~ro~ect and other town business.
