of Comm. Dubandorff, seconded by Comm. Smith .. Affirmat~.ve votes
by all present.
Camm. Dubendorff moved that the "Codebof Qrdir~ancea" now be pat
on. its second reading. Ccu~. Smith seconded the motion and v®tes
is the affirmati~-® ware cast by all pT®sent i.e. Comm. Siaith,
Httbendorff, Heaton and Hertwig# And so the Code of Qrdi.nances"
of the Town of Highland Beach was read in full. -
After due discussion Comm. Hartwig moved that The " C®d® of Q~di-
taances" be passed as read, without amendments Comm. Duber~dorff~
seconded the motion. Affirmative votes were cast by all present,
to wit. Gomm. Ih~ben,dorff, Heaton, Smith and Hartwig. And so the
"Code of Ordinances of the Town of Highland Beachn wan passed:
Comm. Smith moved that a public meeting be arranged on August, lQ.
and that all available residents be urged to attend so that all
could be advised in detail about the progress and condit3oa of
the that®r Plant ~ro~ect and other town business. The Nbtioa was
k seconded by Co~.Dubendorff and carried by affirmative votea~of
all present, i.E. Comm:'Heaton, Dubendorfft Smith and Hert~ig`
