Heaton, Sffiith, Dubendorff, Hertwig~ Absent .was Mayor Totterdale being..out of town.: ''`~ Comm. Hartwig reported that preliminary ag~reea3ent had been reached y`_ for an option on the proposed_locatisn of the well field and that -: ~; arrangements ha.~l. been made for a test ...well... ~- ~,-: ~~°:: a_, Town Engineer Breekv-ay presented detailed plans. of a revised layout and an outline of the form, on which it was .proposed. to ask for construction bids.. 1~. Brockr~ap explained various phases of the revised pro~eet and answered many gnestens about the technical and engineering phases of the project and stated that the detailed,specifications ~rould be completed ~n a day or two. r Comm. Hartwig moved.that the revised plans submitted and the bid ~p forms,< be approved a.s generally meeting .the wishes o.~ the Town Commis~ia~m, subject t© final approval when the completed specifi.- cations are submitted After same discussion the motion Y.. tabled to permit further consideration by the commissioners: r~> Comm: Hartwig moved that the meeting_ be recessed until the f®1.- ,;. ~ lowing evening, Wednesday November 2nd at 7:30 P. The TGwn Engineer an d Tovrn Attcsrney had advised that according to their schedule of required advertising for bids on the bonds and c©nstrtiction work it would be legal and practicable to set Rovember 22nd as the d'~ate far openixig bids and Comm: Smith ~. moved that the, Cozmni.ssion recess unt that date, Comm: Hubendorff seconded the motion and on the affirmative votes of CAmm.
