The regular monthly meeting was called to mrd®r at 7:30 p.m. on January 1, 1963 by Vice-Mayor Turner. Ns others were-present except Town Manager Hertwig and so for lack of a quorum, Vice Mayor Turner- declared the meeting recessed until 8k 7:30 p.m. on January 15, 1963. The recessed meeting was ea3led to order b9 Vice Mayor Turner at 7;30 p.m. on Jahuary'15, 1963: No others were presenr except Town Manager Hertwig and so for lack of a quorum Viee Mayor Turner de» Glared the meeting recessed until 7:30 p.m. on January 29, 1963. The recessed meeting was called t0 order at 7:30 p.m, on January 29, ~ 1963 by Mayor Eppel. Also present were Commtrs Bertash, Jones, Noble and Turner and Town Manager Hertwig.~ In the sindience were Mr. & Mrs. Howard Slagle. Mr. Gilbert Young, Mr. Sam Wade, Dr. H. T. Dailey and Mr. D. F. Ross. Minutes of the regular m®eting of November 6, 1963 werer read and ap» proved on motion of Conte. N®ble, seconded by Comm. Jones and the af• firmative votes of Commtrs Bertash, Eypel, Jones, Noble and Turner. Minutes of the special meeting of November 27, 1963 were read and ap» proved on motion of Comm. Turner, seconded by Comm.-Bertash and the a» firmative v®tes of Coaunt rs Bertash, E`gpel, Jones, Noble and Turner. Mr. D. F. Ross and Mr. Sam Wade made a verbal request, on behalf of e~ "Highland Beach Apartment Owners Assns, for permission t® erect a- KTOURIST INFORM~.TIONs sign approximately opposite th® Nautilua Apts. or at ether appr®priate locations along AlA. The matter was dis» -~' cussed from all angles after which the Commission requested that the r®qu®st be made in writing so that several questi®ns could be checked.
