clared. the :~~eetin~• adjourned for lack o~ a quorun.

by Vice P~~a•yor Turner. No others were rresent except Town ~ana,~er

and. the affirmative votes of Cor~x~'rs Eypel, Jones, Noble and. Turner.

i~:ar..a~er be authorized and directed to reply to the letter and to say
that the Town would endeavor to cooperate in every possible way. The
~!?otion ~^Jas seconded by- Co~rr~. Jones and ar~,ro~red by the affirmative
votes of Coru~'rs Typel, Jones, Roble and Turner, without dissent.

proved. Co~~ul. I~'oble seconded the motion and it eras approved by the
affirrative votes of Cor~m!'rs ~ yrel, Jones, Noble and Turner. There
eras no dissent.

trip to Ta?~?pa on t~ehalf of the Foca Raton Jniversity, Mave a verbal
